Barry and the guys helped me not only make the purchase but figure out a good insurance company, register the vehicle, pick out and buy a disc lock (I was very worried about thieves), and got me in a quality helmet that fits. This is my first scooter and I absolutely love it. It struggles up hills (I knew this before purchasing) but I am 250 lbs so a lighter person would probably get up hills easier. The bike is so easy to operate and I really appreciate the connected app with gps tracking via cellular that is included in the purchase!
